08 May All In The Family
What do drones, silk flowers, hard-to-find tools, children’s clothes, motorcycle batteries, used tires, and Halloween costumes have in common?
They are just some of the products belonging to our family of clients who entrust the management of their email programs with us. It is a privilege and responsibility we do not take lightly.
Some of our clients have been with us from the beginning – twelve years ago when the only service we offered was abandoned shopping cart recovery. As their email marketing needs grew, we built systems to respond – working together to solve problems and enhance performance and productivity.
Because of this collaborative effort, broadcast email programs that were once struggling have now become their most effective and efficient online conversion tool. The single message sent once a week to their customers has now become a conversation of multiple touch points carefully orchestrated and coordinated between broadcast and triggered emails.
While we both celebrate the successful results of our efforts, it is the relationship forged over the years that provides the greatest satisfaction and binds us together as if we were family. In many respects, we’ve become business partners with common goals and motivations. It is the way we prefer to operate as a company.
Although we provide a self-serve option for email construction and deployment, our greatest value lies in acting as an external email marketing department – providing complete program management, including strategy and planning. In that role, we are in constant contact with clients, working with their staff, and learning about their products.
Though this relationship requires a commitment on our part to be perpetually available and responsive – either via phone or email – we fully embrace it because the resulting rewards, both professionally and personally, are immeasurable.
Understandably, this business model defines our growth as a company. We seek out prospective clients who will thrive and prosper in this mutually nourishing environment and onboard only a few each year.
Stay tuned for our take on the evolving online marketplace.
